Eastside Pop Up ATX

Welcome to our Live Auction Vintage Show hosted on our official Facebook group page "Only Lovers Club Vintage Auction ATX !" We will be selling vintage clothing, accessories, arts & crafts. Vendors who are interested must have a proven online sales experience in at least one of the following marketplace i.e. Etsy, eBay, postmark, Depop, Instagram, Facebook store, square and or Shopify. The Live Auction Show will be announced and marketed a month before the actual scheduled date. During this period it is in the best interest of all participating vendors to get their customers to join our official show on Facebook. Show duration is 48 hours and times and information will be provided on a show flier the month before the show.

 1.) Vendors are responsible for invoicing customers after the show ends for each item sold. You have 1-2 business days to ship the item. All vendors must charge an insurance fee along with the shipping. Shipping first class will offer you insurance with the shipping. The best place to ship is through USPS, the shipping insurance is no more than just a few dollars extra. 

Please sign up for click and ship if you haven't already this will make it easier to invoice customers the correct amount of shipping due.

2.) All sales are final. Please copy and paste the following shipping policies written out below in your invoice notes to your customers:

"Thanks for participating in our live " Only Lovers Club Vintage Auction ATX" hosted by Lovers Vintage. I am your vendor "insert your business name here" We ship USPS first class shipping domestic with insurance. We process orders Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. Orders that are received on weekends, holidays, and after 12 PST will be processed the following business day. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of the merchandise."

3.) First Show is free! After the first show if you would like to participate again the Vendor fee is a sliding scale. Vendor fee is waived up to $99 in sales. Anything over $100 there will be a 10% vendor fee charge due immediately after the show. This fee will help market the show and advertise for other future shows hosted by the Only Lovers Club. I will be invoicing vendors after the 24-hour window. Thank you!

4.) No side deals with vintage listed during the show. All items listed must stay on the Facebook group for the participating shoppers and need to be available for purchase. There is no unlisting the item once it's been listed on our Facebook group. This is crucial to customer loyalty and virtual shopping experience. 

5.) Participating vendors will be made admin prior to and during the event and will be asked to share and invite others to join the club.
